Rates

 Rates are based on up to 8 hours a day plus a reasonable commute time. If you require longer hours within my open hours, fees will be adjusted. 

FULL TIME is 4-5 days a week. 

8 months- 11 months $230/week ($46/day)

11 months- 5 years old  $215/week ( $43/day ) 

Preschool Program 

This Morning program runs Monday to Friday during the school year.   

9:30 am - 11:30 $130/week on school days. 3 days a week Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Includes 1 snack.

BEFORE AND AFTER SCHOOL...$170.00 PER WEEK during the school year September ( Labour Day) to the last Friday in June (this includes PA days, Christmas and March break. 

When space is available rates for summer care is  $230/week for school aged children. Care for the summer is not guaranteed and needs to be booked in advance by March each year.   

    I may be able to offer extended hours when needed on a contract/occasional basis. 

              You are paying a weekly rate for your specific daycare space, not actual attendance.   All hours must be scheduled and agreed to in advance. Hours of attendance are NOT TO EXCEED 9.5 HOURS. 

Fees are due Fridays either weekly or bi-weekly ( as per your contract). At 8 am   and are paid in advance of care. 

A non-refundable enrollment fee equivalent to 2 weeks fees is required along with your signed contract to guarantee the space. This fee is used to cover your first week of care. As well as your last if enough notice is provided. As it is non-refundable this amount is included in your first tax receipt provided yearly in February for the previous calendar year. 

Teacher Rates

Teachers and school board employee rates are based on Full Time fees due from September to June during the school year.  With the option of either remaining full time or Part time during July and August. Part time is a minimum 3 same days a week Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Fee schedules vary depending on which option applies.

 Extended hours may be available.

I realize the financial burden child care places on parents, and hope parents understand that, as a business, child care places financial burdens on the provider. These include but are not limited to groceries, utilities, insurance, toys, equipment, as well as wear and tear on the home. I also have a financial responsibility to my family.

Tax receipts are provided once a year in February and cover all fees for the previous tax year.
